Used up the batteries till zero power
Cool Design Study November 5th, 2009
By designer Sung Woo Park, its called Energy Seed. A bin for used batteries placed at public places, lighting up LED by using left energy in those trashed batteries.
You may thrive on AA batteries and yet are too stubborn to fork out an initial amount to get a set of rechargeable batteries, this is where the Energy Seed LED Lamp Post comes in to help you reduce your carbon footprint. To place these batteries in the Energy Seed’s base, and this will take the collective energy of all the other batteries in there to power an LED lamp at night. It has various slots for different sizes, which eventually sent to a recycling center to be disposed off properly.
